Terms of Reference

To assess the epidemiology, risk factors and socioeconomic determinants of alcohol use among local population;
To make recommendations on the health and health improvement needs of the local population in relation to prevention of alcohol-related harm;
To review local and international good practices and intervention strategies to prevent alcohol-related harm; and
To make recommendations on the development, implementation and evaluation of a plan of action for prevention of alcohol-related harm in Hong Kong.
