TV Announcement in the Public Interest (API) “Move for Health Every Day”

The Department of Health (DH) launched a new TV Announcement in the Public Interest (API) - “Move for Health Every Day” on 25 February 2021, to encourage the public to stay physically active for promoting health. Adults should do at least two and a half hours of moderate-intensity physical activity per week; or at least one hour and 15 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity per week!
