Content | : | Children have different paces in adapting to solid foods. Approaching their first birthday, some are already enjoying family food but some may eat only little solid. Parents and carers may have concerns over meeting their nutritional needs and struggle on helping them eat well. In this talk, the dietitian will highlight the developmental characteristics and eating behaviours of children of this stage. Then she will introduce tips to meet children's nutritional needs and discuss on responsive feeding strategies to make mealtime enjoyable for both toddler and parents. |
