Venue : 大埔富善邨善鄰樓地下A及B翼「賽馬會流金匯」
Target : 50歲或以上的「賽馬會流金匯」會員 (必須先通過Smart Fit評估)
Content : 中心提供3個鍛煉方案,讓50+按其身體狀況和需要,揀選適合自己的運動方案,並在教練駐場監察下進行鍛煉,以策安全。 方案一 (肌肉力量訓練): – 6部器械可分別鍛煉上肢、下肢、腰腹及背部多組肌肉,參加者依照每部器械內置電腦的指示,便可「自務自主」地進行循環模式的肌肉力量訓練 – 每節45分鐘,供最多5位會員同時進行訓練 方案二 (心肺訓練): – 於2023年6月起,新增2部增強心肺功能器械,包括:太空漫步機和室內划艇機,全面幫助50+提升運動能力 – 每節45分鐘,供最多2位會員同時進行訓練 方案三 (肌肉力量 X 心肺訓練): – 結合方案一與方案二,既能鍛煉肌肉力量,亦能訓練心肺功能 備註: - 參與會員必須先由體適能教練評估體型和體能狀況 - 鍛煉期間會有教練駐場監察,並在有需要時指導參加者姿勢及動作以策安全
