Partnership with Primary Care in Action against Non-communicable Diseases (English Version Only)

Dr. Constance Chan, Director of Health attended Hong Kong Primary Care Conference 2018 - "Family Physician: Nexus of the New Era of Primary Care" conducted in Hong Kong Academy of Medicine Jockey Club Building on 23 June 2018. The topic of the talk  delivered by Dr. Chan was “Partnership with Primary Care in Action against Non-communicable Diseases”. Dr. Chan mentioned about the challenge of non-communicable diseases (NCD) and the new strategy and action plan (SAP) in Hong Kong. Dr. Chan continued to discuss how the concerted effort of the public, primary care providers and the Government in fighting the NCD battle would bring better health to our population.
